Health Service Support (HSS)

Offered by KAIVE

Program Overview

The Health Service Support (HSS) program at KAIVE is designed to prepare students for essential, hands-on roles in the healthcare system — the people who keep hospitals, clinics, and community health centers running smoothly.

Health Service Support professionals work alongside doctors, nurses, and administrators to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and high-quality care. This program provides the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation required to perform non-clinical and semi-clinical tasks that support both patient care and healthcare operations.

Through a blend of theoretical instruction, practical training, and field experience, students learn how to assist in patient care, manage healthcare resources, handle records, and maintain hygiene and safety in various medical settings.
